Calipari reportedly offers Okafor

UK coach John Calipari reportedly has made an offer to Jahlil Okafor, the top rated post player in the Class of 2014. The story broken by Jason Jordan of USA Today.

Okafor is a 6-11 power forward or center out of Whitney Young High School in Chicago. Calipari was at the school today and reportedly made the offer.

Okafor has a strong friendship with Tyus Jones, the top rated point guard of the Class of 2014. He has made mention of the possibility of teaming with Jones in college.

Several other schools have also offered Okafor including Duke, North Carolina, Michigan State and Arizona.
