LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - The Houston Rockets have picked up the option for 2013-2014 on former UK star Patrick Patterson.
Patterson averaged 7.1 points and 4.2 rebounds per game during his two years in Houston.
His option for 2013-14 will be worth $3,105,302.
