LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - The UK football team kicks off a new season on Saturday. On Friday night Coach Mark Stoops and around 700 others got things started with a Bash.
"The Kentucky Bash" was held at Donamire Farm in Lexington.
The annual event raises money for Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital.
"Cardinal Hill is just a great place," UK Football Coach Mark Stoops says. "It's a great relationship with the UK coaches and Cardinal Hill. So it's a pleasure for me to be here and help with this great event."
WKYT's Chris Bailey and Jennifer Palumbo were the emcees for Friday night's "Kentucky Bash."
This was the 41st year for the event.
