LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – Tyler Ulis, a 5'8" point guard out of Chicago (Marian Catholic), announced Friday that he would attend the University of Kentucky.
Ulis chose UK over Michigan State and Iowa.
Rated by many recruiting services as a top 50 player nationally, Ulis visited UK on Monday, taking in the Alumni Game at Rupp Arena.
Despite his small frame, Ulis has proven to be one of the toughest players in the country. He’s a floor general in every sense of the word and can create off the dribble.
Ulis becomes the second commitment in the Class of 2014. Karl Towns committed to UK back in December.
