LEXINGTON, Ky (WKYT) - The Kentucky women's basketball program has picked up its highest rated recruit in school history.
Linnae Harper, the 5-foot-8 guard out of Chicago, is ranked 5th overall in the class of 2013. Current UK player Janee Thompson is a former high school teammate of Harper.
The UK Hoops team begins the 2012-13 season ranked 6th in the AP Preseason Poll.
