Former Wildcat John Wall just missed in the voting for the 2014 All-NBA team. Wall finished with 70 points in the voting, second to Carmelo Anthony of the Knicks in the “others receiving votes” category.
The All-NBA teams were announced on Wednesday by the league.
For Wall, the year proved to be arguably his best as a pro. Wall appeared in his first NBA All-Star Game and led Washington to its first playoff appearance since 2008.
Kevin Durant, the league’s MVP was named to the All-NBA first team, along with LeBron James, Joakin Noah, James Hardin and Chris Paul.
