Wiggins, Huntington Prep, to play several games in Kentucky

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – Kentucky fans will have the opportunity to see Andrew Wiggins, the top-rated player in the Class of 2014, play several games in Kentucky this upcoming basketball season.

According to his school’s website, Wiggins and his Huntington Prep (W.Va.) team take on Christian Faith Academy (NC) in Georgetown on Nov. 18 at Scott Co. High School.

Wiggins, a 6-foot-8 small forward from Toronto, is being heavily recruited by a number of schools, including Kentucky, Florida State, Syracuse, North Carolina and West Virginia. Wiggins has talked about reclassifying, which would allow him to enroll in college in 2013.

Wiggins and Huntington Prep also will be playing at the Marshall Co. Hoopfest on Nov. 30 and Dec. 1. The Express also will play on Dec. 14-15 at the Boyd Co. Shootout.
