LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - UK coach Joker Phillips was speaking at his regular Monday news conference when the lights flicked off for a second in Wildcat Den.
Phillips, with his sense of humor paused and said, "I was wanting to forget that, I thought I was gone man. This is an assasination or something." The room full of media roared with laughter.
Phillips takes his young team to Missouri Saturday trying to snap a six game losing streak. UK will go into the game 1-7, Missouri is 3-4, both teams are winless in the SEC.
