UK Hoops wins SEC road opener at Alabama, 87-70

LEXINGTON, Ky (WKYT) - The UK women's basketball team ran their winning streak to 13 with an 87-70 win at Alabama on Sunday.

Five Wildcats scored in double figures led by DeNesha Stallworth with 19 pts/10 rbs. Samarie Walker finished with 15 pts/13 rbs, A'dia Mathies 17 pts, Bria Goss 12 pts and Jennifer O'Neill 11 pts/5 assists. Senior Brittany Henderson grabbed 11 rebounds.

The UK Hoops team improves to 14-1, 2-0 SEC and will host Texas A&M on Thursday.
