Mike Summers new UK offensive line coach

Arkansas offensive line coach Mike Summers is leaving the Razorbacks to take a similar job at Kentucky.
Head coach Bobby Petrino confirmed Summers' departure Saturday
in a statement issued by the university's athletic department.
"Mike and I have had a great seven-year run together and I
appreciate all his hard work and dedication through that time,"
Petrino said. "He's got an opportunity to go home and be with his
family, which is a priority I can understand. I want to thank him
and wish Mike and his family the best."
Summers is a native of Lexington, Ky., where the UK campus is
located, and began his career as an offensive line coach for the
Wildcats in 1979. He is married to the daughter of former Kentucky
basketball coach Joe B. Hall.
Summers was also assistant head coach for the Razorbacks after
serving on Petrino-led staffs since Louisville in 2003. He was paid
$225,000 a year at Arkansas.
Petrino's brother, offensive coordinator Paul Petrino, left in
December for a similar position at Illinois, and the departure of
defensive ends coach Kirk Botkin was announced this week.
