Patterson happy about decision to stay at UK

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (AP) - Forward Patrick Patterson no longer has
any reason to second-guess his decision to play one more year at
Kentucky.
After choosing not to enter the NBA draft last year, Patterson
has led a young and talented team to the East Regional final and
has helped Kentucky reclaim its place as a national power.
The Wildcats junior also will soon find out whether he made the
right decision to attend Kentucky over staying in state to play for
West Virginia. His No. 1 seed Wildcats (35-2) are preparing to play
the second-seeded Mountaineers (30-6) on Saturday.
