Aaron Boyd finds success, close bond with Shane

Updated: Mon 7:08 PM, Sep 10, 2012

After two games senior Aaron Boyd is Kentucky's leading receiver. Boyd caught 11 passes against Kent State and his brother Shane, a former Wildcat was on hand to see it.

Boyd came out of Henry Clay High School as the most highly recruited player in the state but going into his senior year he'd caught only six passes in his career. After making three catches in the opener against Louisville, Boyd caught 11 more Saturday for 100 yards and his first touchdown catch.

Aaron's brother Shane played at UK from 2001-2004, he went on to play in the NFL and is still playing indoor football in Milwaukee. Aaron and Shane have always had a close bond and they've been able to enjoy Aaron's success together.
