Derek Willis, the talented junior center from Bullitt East High School, is scheduled to make his college decision known at a 4 p.m. press conference at the school.
Willis, who committed to Purdue in the spring of 2011, only to back off that choice in August, is expected to select from among Kentucky, Louisville, Purdue and Indiana.
The 6-foot-9 Willis is considered the top junior prospect in Kentucky and is ranked among the top-30 players nationally.
