Clinch County (Homerville, Ga.) defensive back/wide receiver Fred Tiller has given his verbal commitment to coach Joker Phillips and the Wildcats, several recruiting services have reported.
Tiller goes 6-foot-1, 178 and received offers from Nebraska, Mississippi State, Florida Atlantic, among others.
