LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Frustration spilled out following Kentucky's 72-62 loss to Georgia in Athens. Coach John Calipari said in all his years of coaching, hes never had a team that was not cohesive at this time of the year. "Every one of them had a will to win more than how they were playing. Every one of them had a fight. Well if this team doesn't have that, that's on me, what the heck did I do?"
Freshman Willie Cauley-Stein wasn't about to lay the blame on his coach. "Theres got to be something in you that just gets you going. I don't understand some guys. You've just got to have that self motivation and ya know, it seems like if we're not at home, we don't have that hype to us."
Freshman Archie Goodwin brought up hustle and physical play. "That's really what's beating us right now. Us not getting to loose balls and us not just being tougher than the other team. Because as a team right now we're soft."
