Harrellson traded to Rockets

The New York Knicks have traded former UK Wildcat Josh Harrellson and others to acquire center Marcus Camby. The deal is a sign-and-trade with the Houston Rockets. Camby has agreed to a three-year, $13.2 million contract with the Knicks. The Rockets will receive Harrellson, Toney Douglas, Jerome Jordan and two second-round draft picks in exchange for the 16-year veteran center.
Last season with the Knicks, Harrellson averaged 4.4 points and 3.9 rebounds a game while shooting 42% from the field. Harrellson will join former Kentucky teammates Patrick Patterson and Terrence Jones. Jones was drafted by Houston with the number 18 pick in last month's Draft. Camby, 38, split last season with the Rockets and Portland Trail Blazers, averaging 4.9 points and 9.0 rebounds in 59 games.
