The Detroit News reported late Wednesday night, that sources say 5-star recruit James Young will pick Kentucky over Michigan State. Young is to make his announcement Thursday at 5pm on ESPNU.
Young is a 6-6 left-hander and the leading candidate for the 2013 Mr. Basketball award. He transferred from Troy High to Rochester High this semester. He was named to The Detroit News Dream Team last season and averaged 25.1 points, 10.5 rebounds and 3.5 assists.
