5-Star recruit Alex Poythress is headed to Kentucky. In a ceremony this afternoon at his high school Poythress ended the suspense and picked the Cats over Memphis, Vanderbilt and Florida.
With the addition of Poythress John Calipari will again have a chance of landing the number one recruiting class for the fourth straight year.
Poythress is the third commitment for Calipari for the class of 2012 joining Willie Cauley and Archie Goodwin. Cauley signed his letter of intent Wednesday.
