Randle looking forward to Dallas

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - UK freshman forward Julius randle is looking forward to a trip back home. No. 3 Kentucky plays No.20 Baylor in AT&T Stadium in Dallas Friday night.

"Id say it's a dream of mine." said the 6-9 Randle. " Just to come back to my home, state, city and be able to play in front of family and friends." Randle said he has been in the massive in dome in Arlington, Texas, watching a college doubleheader last year. "It packed out, I couldn't imagine the feeling playing in front of all those people. It had to be fun for them."

Friday's unique doubleheader will begin with the No. 5 Uk women facing No. 9 Baylor. UK coach John Calipari came up with the idea of including the women's game. "This should be a good trip." said Calipari. "Both programs, ya know we're following each other, we're helping each other."

The two teams leave Thursday and will have a chance to practice in AT&T Stadium. The men's game will be televised by ESPN and will tipoff at 10:00 p.m. Friday night. The women's game will be carried by ESPN3 and wil start at 7:30 p.m.
