Reese Phillips commits to UK

UK football has picked up its third commitment for 2013, Reese Phillips a quarterback out of Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Phllips also had offers from Vanderbilt, Middle Tennessee and Memphis.
Kentucky's two other commitments for 2013 are defensive end Alvonte Bell out of Miramar, Florida and Clay County lineman Jacob Hyde.
