Last season, Transylvania University billed its game with Kentucky as “the Battle on Broadway.” Act 2 will take place this November.

Sources tell 27 SportsFirst that the Pioneers again will make the short trip down Broadway to play the Wildcats in Rupp Arena in an early November exhibition game.

Last year, in the first matchup of the two schools since 1911, Transy jumped out to an 11-4 lead, before the Wildcats, who won their eighth national championship nearly five months later, won the game, 97-53.

When the two schools meet for the second time in as many seasons, it again will be in early November.
