Trevathan works with Denver starters

The Denver Broncos made linebacker Danny Trevathan a 6th round draft pick and at the start of minicamp Tuesday he became the first rookie to work with the starters.

Coach John Fox told The Denver Post,"(Trevathan) has attacked it really well as far as in the meeting rooms, in his playbook," This game is so mental, and for a young guy, he's caught on pretty quickly."

The Denver Post reported Trevathan made an impressive play when he broke up a downfield pass intended for former UK tight end Jacob Tamme.

Broncos starting linebacker D.J. Williams faces a six-game suspension for violating the league's banned substance policy. He is suing the league.
