Calipari joins staff at USA Basketball Fantasy Camp

Updated: 3:38 PM - USA Basketball has announced its coaching staff for the third annual Fantasy Camp in Las Vegas this summer from August 12-14. Coaches for this year's fantasy camp will include Basketball Hall of Fame Class of 2015 inductee and Kentucky's head coach John Calipari, Pittsburgh's Jamie Dixon, Oklahoma's Lon Kruger, Wake Forest's Danny Manning, Purdue's Matt Painter, Villanova's Jay Wright and former Georgia Tech and College of Charleston coach Bobby Cremins.

UK announces Mulder signing

Updated: 9:22 AM - The Kentucky men’s basketball team has added standout junior-college transfer Mychal Mulder to its already highly-rated 2015 signing class. Mulder signed a national letter of intent earlier this month and will join fall signees Isaiah Briscoe, Skal Labissiere and Charles Matthews for the 2015-16 season.

UK softball faces No. 1 Florida in Super Regional

Updated: 05/22/2015 - After rolling through the NCAA South Bend Regional with three straight wins, including a victory over No. 16 national seed Notre Dame, the Kentucky softball team looks to continue its winning ways this weekend when it travels to face No. 1 overall seed Florida in the NCAA Gainesville Super Regional at Katie Seashole Pressly Stadium.

Barbee elevated to UK assistant coach

Updated: 05/22/2015 - Head coach John Calipari announced on Friday the elevation of Tony Barbee to assistant coach after spending the 2014-15 season as the special assistant to the head coach at Kentucky. Barbee, a former head coach at UTEP and Auburn, will rejoin the bench as an assistant coach, a role in which he has served for nine years under Calipari’s tutelage throughout his career. Barbee will fill the vacated position of Barry “Slice” Rohrssen, who accepted the associate head coach position at St. John’s last month.
