I came to WKYT 27 Newsfirst in March of 2007, and am happy to make the great State of Kentucky my new home. Before taking a position as a reporter with WKYT, I worked in Lansing, Michigan as a reporter and photographer. That is where I met my fiancée who also works in the news business, and just happens to be a Lexington native.
I grew up in Detroit, Michigan and graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Telecommunications. I always knew I wanted a career in television, but never realized I would be the one holding the microphone. I got my feet wet while working at the government access television station in Okemos, Michigan, and since then I haven’t put the microphone down.
