WHO: Open to the community and all fitness levels. Hosted by local Health and Fitness Expert Josh Bowen, he and the American Diabetes Association are committed to educating the public about how to stop diabetes and support those living with the disease.
WHAT: Charity Bootcamp and Nutrition 101 to challenge the community to get moving, bring awareness and stop diabetes!
Free. Participants are encouraged to donate $10 per person with 100% of the proceeds going to the American Diabetes Association.
WHY: Kentuckians are increasingly feeling the effects of diabetes and studies show that incorporating a healthy diet and exercise can help prevent diabetes and reverse the effects of Type 2 diabetes.

Come and enjoy the 8th Annual Morehead Old-Time Music Festival, July 26th and 27th at the Jaycee Farm on U.S. 60 East in Morehead. Cash prize contests in fiddle, banjo, dulcimer, string band, dancing and singing. Nightly square dances with live music and callers.
