Crave Lexington Food + Music Makers' Festival

Smiley Pete Publishing presents the inaugural Crave Lexington, a two-day food and music maker’s festival at the Moondance at Midnight Pass Amphitheater in Beaumont. Featuring food trails with more than 60 local food vendors, cooking demonstrations from local chefs, and live music for two days, Crave Lexington is Central Kentucky’s first celebration of “made from scratch.” From home cook to farmer to chef, Crave will highlight the bounty right around us and the people who make it delicious.
Admission is free, and the weekend will feature an additional ticketed slow food dinner (Saturday) and hangover breakfast (Sunday).

ACTIVITIES
5:30 a.m. ELK TOUR (Saturday and Sunday mornings): Let’s go exploring for elk. This trip may be early, but the best viewing time for elk occurs in the morning hours. There is a cost of $30.00 per person for the trip. You must make a reservation by calling 606-889-1790.


7:00 p.m. ELK RESTORATION IN KENTUCKY (Saturday): This educational program will let you know just how the elk restoration project is doing in Kentucky. The program will talk about game management, habitat, etc. Come see a large set of elk antlers.
