Experience Eastern,kentucky's fastest growing civil war reenactment.Activities throughout the weekend to include education day on friday,parade,ladies tea,little girls tea,Public speech by Abraham lincoln,memorials at the local cemetery and the unknown soldiers grave,military ball,night firing of the cannons and a ghost walk.Historical figures to include abraham lincoln,robert e lee,general grant,stonewall jackson and others.

The Siege of Boonesborough Battle Re-enactment

Events will include a battle re-enactment of the 1778 "Siege of Boonesborough" on both days and a special night battle Saturday at dusk.
Arrive early and spend the day learning about 18th-century life in Kentucky. See militia and settlers’ camps, a Native American village, merchants, traders, food and more. Visit the Museum Store and 18th-century Transylvania Store. This event is free with regular fort admission.
