Woodford Theatre, 275 Beasley Dr., Versailles, KY
A zany, offbeat, and very funny mystery farce complete with slamming doors, mistaken identities, six million bucks in diamonds and a corpse in a wheelchair. Unassuming English shoe salesman, Harry Witherspoon, is forced to take the embalmed body of his recently-murdered Atlantic City uncle on a vacation to Monte Carlo to show him the sights and should he succeed in passing his uncle off as alive, Harry stands to inherit $6,000,000. If not, the Universal Dog Home of Brooklyn, or worse, the near sighted girlfriend who killed him in the first place will inherit it all. A little bit of 'Guys and Dolls', a little 'Weekend at Bernies' and always hilarious!!
