Kentucky Sheriff Deputy badly injured in crash

New information tonight about a Kentucky Sheriff's Deputy who was badly injured in a crash.
After checking with U-K hospital they tell us Perry County Deputy Daniel Fugate is now listed in fair condition.
The Sheriff's office says he underwent leg surgery over the weekend.
Investigators say Fugate's motorcycle hit a S-U-V that had pulled out in front of him Friday.
