Warm weather continues into the week

We've had a perfect weekend across the Bluegrass with sunshine and highs near 70. Gusty winds have been the only issue as it has increased the wildfire threat. A few light showers developed Sunday afternoon and more will be possible across northern KY tonight.

Overnight expect partly cloudy skies with a low of 52. We will keep a slight chance of rain and storms in the forecast from Monday through Wednesday as the front keeps the weather unsettled in the region. Temperatures will continue to climb through next week with highs near 80 on Wednesday. Then a cold front will bring more seasonable temperatures through the end of the week. There may be the threat of strong storms Thursday as the front passes.
