Boyle County sees damage and flooding after storms

A slow-moving storm dumped heavy rain and caused flooding in streets Monday night.

On Jefferson Avenue in Danville

BOYLE COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - A slow-moving storm dumped heavy rain and caused flooding in some streets Monday night.

We got numerous pictures of flooding from West Jefferson Avenue in Danville. The street looked more like a river, and some yards flooded. At one point, parts of Boyle County were under a flood advisory.

Also in Boyle County, a tree fell on a house, causing some damage. We got numerous pictures of damage on Stewart's Lane near Danville. Viewers tell us, at one point, water was pouring into a woman's living room and basement, because of damage a tree caused on her home. She says no one was hurt.
