KEY WEST, Fla. (AP) - The Gulf Coast is getting ready for Wednesday's possible arrival of Isaac, which is expected to grow to a Category 2 hurricane.
The governors of Mississippi and Louisiana have declared states of emergency and the Republican National Convention in Tampa, Fla., also is getting ready for the storm.
Meanwhile, a new tropical storm warning has been issued for Louisiana's Gulf Coast. The warning covers the area from Morgan City, La., westward to Intracoastal City, La.
