Murder suspect to appear in court Monday
Percy Hargrove will be arraigned in Clark County for the murder of 33-year-old Andrew Ingram. Police found Ingram's body underneath the deck of a home on Whitney Court.

A former high school football player charged in a deadly shooting will appear in court Monday.
Percy Hargrove will be arraigned in Clark County for the murder of 33-year-old Andrew Ingram. Police found Ingram's body underneath the deck of a home on Whitney Court.
The Winchester Sun reports police have also arrested Ingram's girlfriend, Sheena Tipton. She is charged with complicity.
