Showers and storms swept though Kentucky on Saturday. The rain chances will continue into the overnight period. Especially, in southeastern Kentucky.
For many folks, you will see mostly cloudy skies with some patchy fog developing. Don't let the calm wording fool you though... scattered showers and storms will be back again on Sunday. The same frontal boundary we have been talking about for a few days will keep our weather active for little while longer.
Another frontal boundary will arrive next week and change the pattern up for a couple of days. So rather than hearing storms likely, you will hear sunny skies and partly cloudy. These are terms we haven't heard very much lately. Not only will we experience dry conditions, but we'll see highs stick close to the upper 70s.
