Police arrest a college student for setting fire to a dorm.
Williamsburg police say University of the Cumberlands student Quintine Cayo set fire to papers hanging on a door.
The Corbin News-Journal reports Cayo pleaded not guilty to arson and wanton endangerment charges.
University officials told the paper Cayo will not be returning as a student next year.
