The State-Journal reports a judge denied Juanisha Feliciano's request for shock probation.

A former Kentucky State student, who admitted setting fire to a dorm, will not be allowed out of jail early.
The State-Journal reports a judge denied Juanisha Feliciano's request for shock probation.
The fire, which happened back in April, injured another student.
Feliciano has served about 94 days of her 180 day sentence.
