We have a fantastic weather weekend taking shape across central and eastern Kentucky. Make sure to get out and enjoy it... old man winter throws a chilly punch our way into next week.
Highs Saturday will top out in the upper 50s under mainly sunny skies. A few high clouds will roll into town late in the day as winds pick up. This is ahead of a weak front that knocks our temps down into the low 50s for Sunday.
An arctic front will drop into the state early Tuesday. This will likely deliver a band of light snow that can put down some minor accumulations. Winds will be very gusty and temps will stay in the low and middle 30s.
Cold aid and snow flurries will hang tough into Wednesday with lows near 20 and highs in the low to mid 30s.
