Fall is officially off and running and mother nature is giving us a taste of the good stuff. Don’t get too spoiled by it… our weather pattern is about to crank it up a bit. That means the threat for showers and thunderstorms returns sooner rather than later.
Tuesday will find a disturbance diving into the region from the northwest. This will tap some moisture from the deep south and throw some showers into town by the end of the day. Highs will be in the low to mid 70s.
Showers and thunderstorms will increase for Wednesday. Some locally heavy rain will be possible as temps stay a little below normal.
The weekend looks to start warm and end wet as another cold front sweeps in.
