$1 million Powerball ticket sold in Ashland

ASHLAND, Ky. (WYMT/WSAZ) - The Kentucky Lottery says a winning $1 million Powerball lottery ticket was sold at a convenience store in Ashland. The winning ticket was for the drawing this past Saturday night.

The ticket was sold at the Shell Food Mart in the 2000-block of Greenup Avenue.

The ticket matched all five white ball numbers, but not the Powerball. The white ball winning numbers were: 6 - 13 - 19 - 23 - 43

Lottery officials say the ticket holder needs to sign their name on the back of the ticket and bring it to Louisville for redemption. They have 180 days from Saturday to present the ticket.

As of late Monday morning no one had come forward to claim the prize.
