Laurel County man sentenced in fire case

A Laurel County man is sentenced after pleading guilty to setting his grandmother's bed on fire.

Daniel Nolan was sentenced to five years for allegedly pouring lighter fluid on his grandmother's bed and lighting it on fire at their London home.

Nolan was originally charged with attempted murder after the April 2009 incident.

As part of a plea deal, his charges were reduced to second degree assault.
