Two employees of an Eastern Kentucky mental health facility are facing abuse related charges.
Sean Brennan and Kacie Carlson, both of Somerset, are caregivers at Community Alternatives of Kentucky in Somerset.
They are each charged with failure to report suspected abuse.
The two allegedly became aware of numerous scratches on the back of a male resident and then failed to immediately notify authorities.
