A man is charged with murder stemming from a crash that killed a Rowan County couple.
Police say Dallas Carpenter of Emerson was driving drunk when he crashed on May 25th, killing 91-year-old Lena Boyd and her husband 89-year-old Roy Boyd.
Carpenter's blood alcohol level at the time of the crash on Kentucky 32 in Morehead was 0.21, double the legal limit.
