One teen is behind bars after allegedly raping a 13-year-old in Laurel County.
18-year-old Jarrod Merriman is charged with two counts each of rape and sodomy.
Police say Merriman was arrested Thursday morning after the parents of the girl woke up to find her missing from their home.
Police say the 13-year old met Merriman while visiting with his relatives and that this is the second time Merriman has raped the girl.
Police say Merriman says he knew how old the girl was but he didn't care.
