It's the last holiday of the summer and this year some folks chose buckhorn lake state resort park as a perfect vacation spot to enjoy their day off.

Patricia Gilbert works at Buckhorn and says she's noticed the economy has not stopped people from visiting the park.
Gilbert says if you were not able to enjoy Buckhorn for Labor Day, \your local state parks are one of the best places to spend other holidays.
