The investigation continues into a shooting that left a Pike County man dead and another man charged with murder.
It happened late Friday night in the Phelps community.
Officials say they found 38 year old Sonny Charles in a pickup in the Right Fork of Peter Creek with several gunshot wounds.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
52 year old Harold Scott was later arrested and charged with murder.
Scott is being held in the Pike County detention center without bond.
He is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday morning.
