A man charged with murder in the death of a ten year old girl is indicted.
Police say 26-year-old Brandon Sluss was driving under the influence of drugs in Inez when he allegedly hit a car head on.
Ten year old Destiny Brewer died from her injuries.
Sluss is due back in court for his arraignment September 16th.
