The prosecution heard more testimony Thursday in the re-trial of an eastern Kentucky man accused of killing his foster child.
Three witnesses testified for the prosecution: Terry Fowler; Dr. Betty Spivak; and KSP Detective Dean Craft
Fowler says the cause of death was a rupture of mesentery artery.
Craft interviewed Allen the night of the Dakota's death.
Craft told the jury that Allen stated two different stories in three separate interviews.
Allen claimed another foster child inflicted injury, not him.
Medical personnel testified on Wednesday and Thursday that the areas of the bruises and the handprints on Dakota's neck were not consistent with CPR.
The trial continues Friday.
