Thousands of people are in Johnson County for the 48th Annual Apple Days Festival.

The event has hundreds of booths featuring just about every kind of food made from an apple.

Each booth raises money for a local non-profit organization.

Entertainment and games are also part of the festival.

“Great food, a lot of great people, and lots of organizations working to make money. It really helps out a lot of organizations that are able to do this,” Greg Blackburn said.

The annual parade is Saturday afternoon.
