Fatal accident kills two in Pike County

PIKEVILLE, Ky. (AP) - Kentucky State Police say two people have died in a collision between a motorcycle and van in Pike County on Sunday.

The motorcyle, driven by 26-year-old Lacy Pauley, of Pikeville, hit the van on Collins Parkway around 2 p.m. EDT.

State police say a passenger in the van, 76-year-old Pauline Loudermilk, of Kimper, and Pauley were killed in the collision.

Pike County Coroner Zeb Hampton prounounced both victims dead at the scene.

State police are investigating the crash.
