In less than one month voters in Harlan will decide if the city should go moist.

Dozens of people attended the second "Say No to Alcohol" rally at the Harlan Center.

Folks like Gayle Sturgill say, she cannot risk her morals for her pocket book
.
"Christians have not spoken up when they should of. We have a voice just like they have a voice. We need to use it," said Sturgill.

Sturgill is just one of the more than one hundred people that came to make sure voices are heard.

Religious leaders are asking people to count the cost of letting restaurants sell alcohol. They feel it will do more harm than good.

Leaders have started going door to door to talk to voters.

Those in support of the petition have yet to organize an event.
